Thank you for your business, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full or partial refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
· All returns must be pre-authorized and be made within 21 days of invoice date, no exceptions.
· All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.
· Shipping, handling, and other fees are not refundable.
· All return items must be in re-sellable and unused condition in original packaging with all tags intact. Any items in unsatisfactory condition will incur additional charge.
· Postage on returns must be prepaid at returner’s expense.
· 10% restocking fee will be applied to credit card refunds and no restocking fees on exchanges or store credits.
· Exchange items will be subject to our standard shipping rate.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged; unfortunately, any Promotional, Sale, Closeout, or Custom items are not eligible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival or that is not what you ordered, please contact us before returning the item for an exchange. Information to have when your contact us:
· Invoice Number
· Item(s) being returned
· Description of the damage/defect or other issue
Kick Stands Up Biker Shop will replace the item and ship it at no charge. If the returned item has clear signs of wear, we will not grant credit towards the item regardless of other qualifying conditions outlined in this policy. If the defect on cloth/leather items is caused by “Tags” being ripped from the merchandise, Kickstandsup.ca will not accept the return. Please use scissors to cut off all sales tags from the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Kick Stands Up Biker Shop, 1737 Simpson Road, Quesnel, BC, V2J 6X4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
